The Billabong Saloon caters for up to 250 guests seated, or 350 for cocktail-style events.

Watch this space for our new events platform The Paperbark Terrace. This specially built grassed area, to be completed mid 2011, caters for large scale open air or marquee events of 1,500+ guests.
